Our thought in building this architectural office was to develop an EMINENT interactive place by having CONSISTANT efforts on quality. We first studied different materials used in construction to understand their properties and we were flexible about them to incorporate them in our designs. Every corner was designed with sleek lines which mould them into modern and contemporary designs.
We incorporated the principles of office design at the Entrance itself, which offers a glimpse into our working strategies. Lighting fixtures are thoughtfully integrated within metal boxes to enhance visibility.
Reception table is designed in combination of reinforced rods, plywood & resign.The background is designed with reinforced rods, aluminium mirror. They are supported with plywood, To celebrate nature's imperfections we combined them in irregular shapes.
In client's lounge, we have displayed our collection of achievements. Clients can browse through our past projects while relaxing on the couch. We wanted to incorporate vertical AC duct to break the regular horizontal ducting systems to achieve an efficient HVAC system for air circulation in the room.
The director's cabin showcases a natural finish materials. The golden ratio inspired backdrop is more than a design choice, it indicates the harmony and proportion. The incorporation of classical architectural elements, such as columns, moldings, establishes a sense of tradition. Complementing classical elements with HDHMR fluted panels introduces a contemporary twist.
The conference room is where we engage in design talks with clients and staff, taking advantage of the stunning cityscape view from the spacious openings we installed. The informal seating near these openings sparks conversations throughout the meeting.
These legs are done in u shape. To maintain the raw look which was thought as out concept, it has been given exposed concrete texture.
The spiral fabricated staircase not only facilitates vertical circulation but also serves as a sculptural centerpiece within the space. He is known as modular man, an exploration in anthropometry of a human scale.
We wanted to embrace a minimalist design philosophy at the working studio desk. The clean lines of the reinforced rods and the simplicity of the cement plastering columns result in a sleek and uncluttered aesthetic. The acrylic storage boxes is used as the storage within the M.S.Rods. Natural ventilation in studio provides pleasant and productive working environment.
Multipurpose room which serves various purposes, such as material display, hosting vendor meetings, small office celebrations and functioning as a theatre space.
The grid ceiling is done with acoustic panels serving as a design element, accommodating lighting, HVAC components, audio-visual equipment.
