TUKKUGUDA VILLAS

The concept for the site layout development draws inspiration from the organic and interconnected patterns found in wheat grains.

The layout ensures a balanced distribution of plots, which aligns with the resident’s interest in North-East oriented plots.

The North-East is kept open and light, making it ideal for gardens or water bodies. This orientation ensures ample natural light and ventilation.

This iconic arch-shaped entrance symbolizes a grand yet organized welcome. Designed with distinct access lanes for owners and guests, it ensures smooth circulation and security. The bold geometric framing, warm wooden textures, and integrated lighting highlight the arch as both a functional gateway and a landmark feature, blending aesthetic appeal with efficient flow.
